Experience:

5-10 years in architecture

Qualifications:

Efficient in Revit for both modeling and documentation Ability to see projects through from start to finish while being budget conscious Ability to create comprehensive construction documents with project dependent detailing Advanced knowledge of California Building Codes Management of permitting process across multiple agencies Coordination with consultants to develop integrated building systems within designs Experience working with contractors during construction administration Leadership skills necessary to manage and collaborate with fellow team members Additional preferred skills: Efficient in AutoCAD Architecture Architectural degree licensed or working towards licensure Rendering animation, preferably with Enscape Efficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign Experience with custom high end residential and commercial / hospitality
