• Air Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
• BAS Project Manager
• to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This role is essential to managing the successful execution of BAS projects and driving the continued expansion of our controls department. \#airsys
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• + Lead BAS project teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals, including financial targets.

+ Proactively identify and escalate project issues to ensure timely resolution. + Estimate and sell BAS construction projects and change orders. + Build and maintain strong relationships with ASI clients and partners. + Oversee procurement of materials and allocation of manpower for assigned BAS projects. + Research and understand client needs: such as, energy and water efficiency, system serviceability, and short- and long-term operational goals. + Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for BAS projects. + Coordinate work schedules and resources with internal divisions and external stakeholders. + Support sales initiatives, including participation in client meetings and site visits. + Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, from concept to completion. + Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams and clients. + Actively participate in industry-related organizations and professional development opportunities.

• Qualifications
• + Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems. + Experience with
• Automated Logic Controls
• , •Tridium Niagara•, and/or •Distech Controls•strongly preferred.

+ Proven leadership and analytical skills. + Strong time management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple client relationships and project priorities. + Practical knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical controls, boilers, chillers, and overall building automation. + 3-5 years of experience in energy management, building commissioning, and/or system diagnostics and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Competitive Salary
• $130,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
