Role:

As a Superintendent/Project Manager at Scott Builders Inc., you'll oversee day to day field operations, ensuring our projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with the Owners, Subcontractors and Clients to deliver exceptional results, whether it's a ground up build, tenant improvement, or renovation.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily on-site operations and ensure project schedules are met Oversee Subcontractors, field crews, and material deliveries Maintain safety compliance and uphold company safety standards Conduct site meetings and communicate progress to Owners and Clients Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality expectations Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent/Project Manager in commercial and/or residential construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes Proven track record of managing multiple Subcontractors and project phases Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Proficiency with construction scheduling and documentation tools Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
