This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across service calls, project execution, bidding, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities Daily Operations:
Manage contract job scheduling and ensure timely project delivery Handle electrical service calls, WKO responses, and scheduling coordination Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and related documentation Oversee design and permitting processes Lead bidding coordination and take-off efforts Support pre-construction, active construction, and post-construction activities
Additional Responsibilities:
Coordinate PG&E projects Conduct surveys, job walks, and special inspections Participate in and lead team meetings, certification trainings, team apparel coordination, and team lunches/events
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in operations and project management Experience with service calls, bidding, permitting, and full project lifecycle (pre- through post-construction) Familiarity with PG&E processes and utility coordination is a big plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience and a team-oriented mindset This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping projects on track, supporting field teams, and contributing to company growth
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
