The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the principal architect, possessing the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced team environment. They should excel at articulating processes, directions, and solutions while managing project details. Requirements:

Project Designer:

3+ years of experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Proficiency in Revit/ AutoCAD (REQUIRED) Experience in a variety of projects and with all phases of design and construction. Strong design and graphic skills Proficiency in Adobe software Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Professional appearance and work ethic Familiarity with California permitting process. Some travel involved. Applicants should have a portfolio and samples of work to be reviewed in the interview process.
