We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and self-motivated professional to join our team. This is a full-time position. Qualifications Minimum five years of experience within the construction industry. A four year college degree is preferred, Must be extremely organized in performing multiple projects deliverable at various stages. Must have excellent and clear oral and written communication skills Must be able to work well in fast paste environment Must work well supporting engineering staff with project related tasks Must have excellent computer skills and proficient in using various software, to include but not limited to, MS Office, Smartsheet, etc…
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist on project administrative duties. Assist in documenting field testing working along side an engineer in the field. General office manager duties. Help with compiling proposals, and marketing material. Create and maintain filing systems, as needed Willing to pitch in to get tasks done (no tasks is too small) Competitive hourly pay between $35 to $50 based on experience Medical Benefit compensation
