Job Description Manage GO 95 repair projects from initiation through completion and financial closeout.

Conduct daily project reviews with vendors and monitor active and upcoming repair sites.

Perform quality control reviews before and after dispatch to ensure work and documentation meet established standards.

Track project expenses, vendor costs, and financial at the end of a project.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, utility companies, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.

Manage shared mailboxes, prioritize incoming requests, and convert applicable items into Smartsheet for tracking.

Review third-party notifications, create required tickets, and distribute notifications to utility companies.

Review pole-not-found and incorrect pole-tag reports, validate information against OSPI records, and coordinate corrections.

Maintain accurate project records, schedules, repair backlogs, and status reporting.

Identify project risks, escalate issues, and drive timely resolution.

Provide ongoing reporting and oversight of project schedule, quality, operational, and financial performance.

Support continuous improvement of project workflows, data quality, vendor performance, and communication processes. Skills and Requirements

• Experience in project management, utilities, telecommunications, construction, engineering, or field operations.

Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools; Smartsheet experience preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing operational or field data.

Knowledge of California GO 95, utility pole infrastructure, joint-use programs, or utility compliance is preferred.

Experience with OSPI, GIS, asset-management, or similar utility systems is a plus.
