Mountain View, CA Hybrid Project Manager IV - Design & Construction Project Lead (Hybrid | Mountain View, CA) Job summary: A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Design & Construction Project Lead to support the evolution of modern workplace environments. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of workplace projects-partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with an excellent employee experience. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace projects (office refreshes, renovations, build-outs), from concept through closeout Coordinate project activities to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track; run meetings, track progress, and manage documentation Lead vendor selection and onboarding (architects, contractors, consultants, specialty vendors) Drive design and construction decisions with cost/benefit analysis and stakeholder alignment Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery processes (check-ins, approvals, reporting) Manage budgets, estimates, forecasts, schedules, procurement lead times, and status reporting Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Comms, Real Estate, Space Planning/Occupancy, Technology, Security, and Site Ops Apply industry best practices and leverage tools (including AI-enabled workflows) to improve delivery efficiency. Required Qualifications 10+ years progressive experience in design, construction, and/or project management (interior improvements + major capital projects) Experience working with user groups, stakeholders, jurisdictions, and city planning Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and manage capital projects end-to-end Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with productivity tools (MS Suite / G Suite) and learning new systems Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/Architectural Engineering (preferred) Corporate technology office/campus experience
