Pay Range:

$45hr - $50hr The Project Coordinator will manage physical security projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational standards. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and supporting design, installation, and commissioning processes. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. The coordinator will also support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within security project delivery.

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s or Associate degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in physical security, security technology, or infrastructure project management. Experience managing multi-site or regional security projects. Experience with enterprise security platforms and systems integration. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.

Experience:

Experience managing end-to-end project delivery including design, installation, and commissioning. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Review and intake physical security project assessments. Manage end-to-end project workflows including mobilization, design, installation, and handover. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare technical inputs and programming documentation. Track project progress, dependencies, and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for project execution. Identify risks, delays, and escalate issues with mitigation plans. Track materials, vendor deliverables, and installation activities. Support budget planning, tracking, and variance reporting. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. Maintain project documentation and continuous improvement processes.

Should Have:

Knowledge of access control, video management, and integrated security systems. Experience with platforms such as C-Cure, Avigilon, or intrusion detection systems. Ability to assess scalability and long-term impact of security solutions.
