Salary Range:
$125K We have an urgent need for a Project Coordinator supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for an onsite opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. This role is with Wipro supporting Nvidia and is focused on driving operational readiness, cross-functional coordination, and program execution activities for complex hardware product development initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership and engineering teams to ensure successful execution of critical NPI deliverables from development through manufacturing readiness. The ideal candidate will support the Senior NPI Manager in delivering products on schedule by coordinating end-to-end execution activities across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain functions. The role involves managing and tracking key program deliverables including DFX reviews, manufacturing readiness activities, build readiness, program checklists, engineering build support, and change control processes. Candidates will coordinate PCBA board deliveries, manage Prototype Build Requests, monitor board and system readiness, and support line bring-up activities. Responsibilities also include tracking and publishing program KPIs related to schedule, quality, yield, cost, and readiness metrics while proactively identifying and escalating risks that could impact program timelines. The selected professional will participate in cross-functional meetings, drive action item closure, maintain execution checklists, and support engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the product introduction lifecycle. Required skill sets include strong expertise in project coordination, program tracking, NPI operations, cross-functional collaboration, and execution management. Candidates should possess experience supporting hardware development programs, engineering builds, manufacturing readiness activities, and operational deliverables. Knowledge of DFX processes including DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews, build readiness, change management, and manufacturing coordination is highly preferred. Experience working with PCBA builds, system integration activities, Prototype Build Requests, board delivery coordination, factory readiness, and production ramp support will be a strong advantage. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
