This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating with field teams, estimators, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal candidate has strong experience with commercial mechanical construction and understands HVAC systems, plumbing scopes, scheduling, and project execution within fast paced environments. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from startup through closeout Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, manpower, and material procurement Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Track project budgets, labor productivity, and overall financial performance Coordinate with field teams, foremen, engineers, and ownership throughout project execution Review project drawings, specifications, and mechanical scopes Support design build coordination and assist with constructability reviews Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders Project Types Commercial mechanical construction HVAC and plumbing systems Design build projects Tenant improvements and renovations Office, industrial, healthcare, retail, and commercial facilities Qualifications 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management Strong background in commercial HVAC and plumbing projects Design build experience preferred Understanding of mechanical systems, piping, ductwork, and HVAC equipment Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Vehicle allowance and gas card
