Job Description

Job Title:
Project Manager (Large Deals & Multi-Team Coordination)
Location:
Santa Clara, CA (5 Days onsite and must go for Face-to-Face interview)
Duration :
12 Months.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Strategy Lead planning and execution of large IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required
MUST HAVE
Over all 18 years of exp with 10 Years as PM. Should have work as implemented large project / Infra project exp. They should have presented it to the executive of the company. Data center migration from one building to another one.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or legacy system modernization. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., SOC 2 audits) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). Governance & Reporting Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders Manage change control processes and document project decisions and outcomes.
