This role will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience operating within public agency and regulated construction environments and can successfully manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, active campuses, and fast-paced schedules. Key Responsibilities Manage DSA, K-12, and public works projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and buyout Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking Lead subcontractor procurement, contract management, and scope coordination Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall project documentation Coordinate closely with Superintendents to support field execution and project delivery Maintain communication with owners, architects, school districts, consultants, and public agencies Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews Identify project risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals Lead OAC meetings and provide project updates to internal and external stakeholders Ensure projects remain compliant with DSA requirements, inspections, and documentation standards Oversee project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities Requirements 8-10+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor Strong experience managing DSA, K-12, or public works construction projects required Proven ability to manage projects from award through closeout Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Experience coordinating with public agencies, inspectors, and consultants Experience managing large-scale or technically complex construction projects Experience with lease-leaseback, CMAR, or design-build delivery methods preferred Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or related construction software preferred Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid holidays and PTO
