Position Summary The Project Manager oversees jobs from contract award through installation and closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered and installed correctly, on time, and within budget. Serving as the primary customer contact, the Project Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. Managing multiple projects in various phases, the Project Manager tracks progress, ensures compliance, and drives overall project success. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from order to installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Drive internal and external coordination to maintain project momentum and resolve issues proactively Oversee procurement, fabrication, and delivery of materials and equipment Serve as the primary client contact, providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout Lead preconstruction meetings, site inspections, and installation planning Coordinate design changes and collaborate with teams to implement solutions Review and prepare project drawings, including as-built documentation using design software Support and uphold safety protocols, including project-specific hazard assessments Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of project management or related professional experience Strong leadership and decision-making skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams Demonstrated success driving processes, managing priorities, and delivering results Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD Strong budget awareness with effective cost management experience Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly self-motivated Positive, collaborative team player with a proactive attitude Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field Construction-focused project management experience Proficiency with budget management software, ERP systems, and project scheduling tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications Knowledge of AISC steel construction, foundations, and Hilti anchoring systems Hands-on background in field construction methods and best practices Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ANSI fall protection standards Pre-Employment Requirements Valid Driver's License & Evidence of Ability to Insure if operating company vehicles or vehicles rented through the company Criminal Justice Background Check (state and federal) Drug Test (5-panel) E-Verify eligibility verification Physical Requirements This is primarily a sedentary position, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer—up to 8 hours per day. Regular duties include reading, writing, and performing basic calculations to complete necessary documentation. The role requires manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, phone, and standard office equipment. Occasional walking, bending, reaching, and standing may also be required. Some travel is required, including driving, flying, and occasional overnight stays depending on site location and business needs. Work Schedule This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch as scheduled with management. This position may require hours beyond the standard working hours listed above to satisfy job duties and department demand. Company Benefits Benefit eligibility begins on the first of the month following the completion of 30 days of employment.
