Repairs Coordinator RCA Construction - 4.0 Santa Rosa, CA Job Details Full-time $28 - $34 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Google Workspace Customer communication Interpersonal skills Restoration industry experience Filing Attention to detail Full Job Description Restoration Construction Abatement (RCA) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Repairs Coordinator to support our growing reconstruction division in Santa Rosa, CA. This position serves as the communication and administrative hub of the repairs department. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing schedules, communicating with homeowners and subcontractors, tracking job costs, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with billing and collections. ResponsibilitiesScheduling & Coordination Schedule appointments with homeowners, subcontractors, project managers, estimators, and vendors Coordinate project timelines and maintain production schedules Confirm next-day schedules and communicate updates to all parties Resolve scheduling conflicts and assist with project logistics Customer & Vendor Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the repair process Follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and project requirements Communicate regularly with subcontractors, vendors, insurance carriers, and TPAs Provide project updates and ensure a high level of customer service Project Administration Maintain project files, photos, contracts, change orders, and documentation Update job management software and project notes Upload required documents to insurance and TPA portals Assist with permits, work authorizations, supplements, and invoicing Financial Tracking Track daily job costs, subcontractor invoices, and material expenses Assist with billing, collections, and payment follow-up Help ensure projects remain on budget and financially organized Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Construction, restoration, insurance, or project coordination experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple active projects Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer systems Experience with Xcelerate, XactAnalysis, Contractor Connections, DASH, or similar platforms is a plus Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid vacation Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding restoration company
