full-time Construction Project Manager (Commercial) South Bay Construction | Full-Time South Bay Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong background in tenant improvements, ground-up new construction, and team leadership . This role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities Manage commercial TI and ground-up construction projects from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirements Conduct project meetings and provide clear reporting Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Proven experience with tenant improvements and new construction Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with Autodesk, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays
