Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall timelines Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients Prepare and present project updates, reports, and summaries to clients Oversee contract administration, permits, and project documentation Identify and resolve project challenges proactively Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in high-end residential and/or commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Preferred Skills Experience working on luxury or custom projects Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors

Pay:

$40.00 - $60.00 per hour
