We are seeking a loyal, career-driven, agile, and excellence-minded Project Coordinator who is looking for more than just a job. This role supports Project Managers by coordinating surveys, permits, installation schedules, vendor communications, and project documentation to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Obtain signage criteria from landlords or locate city sign codes Coordinate exterior elevation requests, surveys, and job checks with vendors Process proposals Submit drawings to landlords for approval Manage in-house and vendor installation schedules Prepare permit packages city submittals Request completion photos and final inspections for documentation Collect and organize all cost-related data for invoicing purposes Process vendor invoices and submit them to accounting for payment Maintain daily updates in
Project Management Software Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to type 45+ WPM Professional customer service and phone communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize tasks independently QuickBooks experience is a plus Experience with Monday.com is preferred 3-4+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, office administration, or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and administrative skills Essential Functions & Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds Ability to sit for prolonged periods Frequent communication with vendors and internal team members Office mobility and occasional walking throughout the facility Occasional kneeling, squatting, and bending Benefits/ Why Us?:
