Property Reconstruction Reports To:
Owner What does a Project Coordinator - Property Reconstruction with Paul Davis do? Support the Project Manager and Mitigation Manager on recon and mitigation jobs from start to completion Conduct on-site visits to assess job status, document progress, and communicate updates to the team Communicate directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and insurance companies on job scope, timelines, and approvals Prepare and maintain job documentation including status reports, correspondence, and project files Create work orders, maintain job costs log Manage job data and track claim status using RMS, Xactanalysis, and Claims Workspace Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency when working with homeowners during difficult times Public Relations — establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, adjusters, agents, subcontractors, and fellow team members Why Join The Team? As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Project Manager and Mitigation Manager to keep jobs organized and moving forward; visiting job sites, coordinating with adjusters, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you build lasting relationships with insurance carriers, customers, subcontractors, adjusters, and fellow team members!
