Job Description

We're seeking a Security Project Manager to lead the deployment of enterprise physical security solutions across a large portfolio of sites. This role drives end-to-end delivery of security technology projects, including VSaaS, CCTV, and GSOC-monitored systems, ensuring solutions are deployed on time, within budget, and aligned with enterprise risk priorities. What You'll Do Lead enterprise physical security projects from planning through implementation and operational handoff. Deliver security technology solutions including VSaaS, CCTV, remote monitoring, and integrated GSOC-enabled systems. Partner with Global Security leadership to develop risk-based security solutions aligned with business and operational needs. Translate threat assessments and risk requirements into scalable, standardized security system designs. Manage complex, multi-site deployment schedules across a large portfolio of locations. Coordinate security integrators, installation vendors, and guard service providers to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Coordinate guard services and identify opportunities to replace or supplement guarding with technology-based solutions. Review system designs, installation quality, commissioning activities, and operational readiness. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, design gaps, and execution challenges. Drive issue resolution across security, facilities, technology, and vendor teams. Provide executive reporting on project status, portfolio health, security coverage, and deployment progress. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project management experience in physical security, security technology, facilities, infrastructure, or related environments. Experience managing multi-site deployments and cross-functional project teams. Knowledge of video surveillance, CCTV, access control, remote monitoring, or related security technologies. Strong vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. What You'll Bring PMP certification or equivalent project management credential. Experience with GSOC operations and enterprise security programs. Knowledge of physical security design, threat assessments, and risk-based security planning. Experience with cloud-based surveillance platforms and VSaaS solutions.
