Job Summary:
We are representing a company seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hands-on project execution across manufacturing facility initiatives, process planning support, and power infrastructure upgrades. This role is critical to helping active production environments run efficiently while coordinating project delivery with plant teams, contractors, and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead project execution for manufacturing facility developments, expansions, and modernizations from concept through commissioning. Support process planning activities by working with manufacturing engineers and operations teams to improve workflows and facility layouts. Oversee power infrastructure projects, including electrical upgrades, backup power systems, and energy distribution improvements. Coordinate with plant managers, maintenance teams, production staff, vendors, and contractors to manage schedules, budgets, safety, and minimal operational disruption.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or a related technical field. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial facilities, or heavy commercial/industrial construction environments. Proven experience managing complex manufacturing facility projects and working hands-on in active manufacturing environments. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, process flow diagrams, electrical schematics, and equipment specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with comfort making real-time decisions in fast-paced environments.
