Project Manager / Drilling Manager Pump & Well Services

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a drilling and pump company. This position will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including jobsite coordination, customer communication, scheduling, materials planning, and overall project execution.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in agricultural, domestic, and municipal well projects Municipal project experience is

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of reverse circulation and direct mud drilling methods Test pumping experience, including turbine pumps Ability to manage all jobsite responsibilities Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think ahead for job and material needs Ability to handle required paperwork, reports, and project documentation Experience coordinating crews, equipment, and subcontractors Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee projects from mobilization to completion Coordinate with customers, municipalities, inspectors, and crews Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope Order and organize materials needed for each job Maintain jobsite safety and productivity Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions as they arise Ensure all paperwork and reporting requirements are completed accurately

Compensation:

Pay DOE (Depending on Experience) Looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and extensive drilling and pump experience.
