Job Description
Superintendent and Project Manager positions must have a minimum of 5 years experience for Superintendent and 10 years experience for Project Manager. Key Elements is seeking detail oriented, hard work individuals that understand the importance of creating and maintaining a positive work environment. Applicants will need extensive construction experience. We are looking for solution-oriented people who are passionate about quality and providing the highest level of service. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team atmosphere are critical.
