Floor Prep LLC specializes in polished concrete, epoxy flooring, floor preparation, and floor leveling for commercial construction projects throughout Colorado. We're looking for a dependable, highly organized person to work directly with our Operations Manager and help keep our projects running smoothly. The Position Once a project is awarded, you'll help coordinate the details from award to completion—scheduling, materials, equipment, paperwork, job-site logistics, and daily job expenses. Responsibilities Assist with scheduling crews and projects Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and job-site requirements Prepare work orders, job folders, and project documentation Communicate with crews, customers, contractors, and vendors Track daily job expenses and assist with job costing in QuickBooks Maintain project information using Excel, Word, and SharePoint Follow up on outstanding items and help resolve scheduling or logistical issues We're Looking For Extremely organized and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and strong with follow-through Proficient with Excel and Word Basic to advanced QuickBooks experience Comfortable learning SharePoint and new systems Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude Quick learner who can think on their feet Construction experience is helpful but not required Looking for a long-term opportunity We'll teach you our industry and processes. We're looking for someone with the organization, attitude, and willingness to learn to become an important part of our team.
