ExemptPRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB AND CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATION
This position is responsible for the overall success of internal projects. In addition to being responsible for supporting the administrative, scheduling, and communication-related activities for internal projects; the Project Manager is responsible for creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the associated constraints of the project of cost, time, scope, and quality.ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job duties may change as required by the needs of the company. Follow Interroll's Product Development Process. Documents the baseline for projects and decompose complex work activities into manageable components. Identifies project resource requirements and coordinates directly and indirectly with company staff to ensure successful completion of the project. Manages costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables. Performs ongoing review of project status; identifies possible project risks. Recommends and implements risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate. Manage project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary. Notify the management team early of potential technical, schedule, and budget overages or shortfalls. Interfaces with project staff and stakeholders to manage changes to the project, which may involve changes to technical requirements, scope, cost, and schedule. Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reporting on project performance using best practices both internally and externally. Report project status to upper-level management. Assists with the development and support of local project management group processes, procedures, and best practices. Challenges organizational processes that do not contribute to value delivery and illustrate better process alternatives. Actively participates in and contributes to the continuous improvement and evolution of processes, methodologies, and tools within the organization. Support the development of project management tools and document best practices.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Long-Term Thinking Committed to Excellence Always Respectful Passionate about Customers Bachelor's degree, Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Engineering or Business for technical project managers. 3-5 years of Project Management Experience in design, build, and commission, preferably in the Material Handling industry. Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously to keep projects on course. Ability to simply communicate complex projects to effectively convey task assignments, milestones, work breakdown structures, and critical paths. Skill in demonstrating excellence through inclusion, teamwork, collaboration, knowledge transfer/training, and positive working relationships. Ability to motivate and deliver results. Self-starter / Team leader / Mentor / Coach Flexible and adaptable to different environments. Able to use situational leadership (or Transformational leadership) skills to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
