Join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, design, and construction management project delivery. Here at Jacobs we are looking for a passionate Senior Project Management Professional in Denver, CO who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. Key Expectations Community and client facing role; experience with managing multiple stakeholders Leading meeting facilitation and community information gathering efforts Data and Records Management Initiative Management Lead integrated initiative management across gas, electric, regulatory, and community workstreams. Coordinate capital planning inputs, including company vs. third-party cost visibility and capital budget tracking. Track initiative level actions, dependencies, risks, and statutory deliverables across all participating communities. Identify and communicate emerging and future projects aligned to the initiative (GIP, emerging definition, etc.). Identify and coordinate emerging needs for focused stakeholder collaboration. Lead ongoing initiative process development, integration, adherence and continuous improvement. Prepare explanatory materials related to project prioritization, strategy, and regulatory processes. Data & Records Coordination Serve as the central intake and coordination point for gas and electric data requests. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify required datasets and assumptions. Establish and maintain standardized folder structures, document repositories, and records management practices, including handling of confidential ESRI mapping materials. Meetings & Cross‑Workstream Coordination Plan, schedule, facilitate, and document internal and external initiative meetings, adjusting cadence as needed. Develop agendas, capture minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-through across workstreams. Lead community intake and response coordination, including tracking action items and required follow-ups. Provide coordination and backup support for workstreams. Capture and distribute community specific meeting minutes and action items. Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent years of industry experience 8+ years of experience managing projects Background in natural gas distribution and transmission work preferred Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
