Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Event CoordinationSupport planning and execution of a seasonal Creative Kick-Off (CKO) eventAssist with logistics, timeline tracking, and on-site coordinationCoordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignmentProduct Design Calendar SupportMaintain and update seasonal calendars for in-line and non-inline product design cyclesTrack milestones across design, development, and merchandising teamsSupport coordination from concept through sample developmentProject Coordination & SchedulingBuild and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reportsMonitor deadlines and ensure milestone alignment across teamsIdentify risks and escalate issues as neededCross-Functional CollaborationAct as a central coordination point between creative, product, and operations teamsAssist in organizing communication and documentation across stakeholdersSupport alignment across multiple departments and timelines
