Job:

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end luxury custom homes in the Durango, CO area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented residential construction professional who excels at managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations while delivering exceptional homes from pre-construction through completion. This opportunity is with an established Colorado-based luxury custom homebuilder known for delivering exceptional craftsmanship, custom design, and a high-touch client experience . The company specializes in creating one-of-a-kind residences tailored to each client's vision while providing a seamless building experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Manage luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion and turnover . Oversee project schedules, budgets, construction progress, and key milestones . Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, designers, and internal teams . Maintain exceptional standards for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout construction. Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, bids, and project documentation . Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence . Track project costs, contracts, invoices, change orders, and budget performance . Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to prevent delays and cost impacts . Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the construction process and help deliver a white-glove customer experience . Ensure completed homes reflect each client's vision and meet the company's standards for luxury design and craftsmanship .

What We're Looking For:

Experience in residential construction and project management , ideally within custom or luxury homebuilding . Proven ability to manage residential projects from pre-construction through completion . Strong experience managing subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, and quality control . Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documentation . Strong understanding of residential construction processes and sequencing. Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills . Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship . Ability to effectively communicate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams . Ability to work on-site in the Durango, CO area .
