P/T to Full-Time About Us We are a rapidly growing firm specializing in signage, construction and design solutions. Our multidisciplinary team partners with clients across diverse industries to deliver high-quality, innovative, and brand-driven environments. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Signage coordinator to lead and elevate our signage division. Position Overview The Head of Signage will oversee all aspects of our signage operations—from concept through installation. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and operational leadership. You will work closely with our design, project management, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and grow the signage division, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality output.
- Oversee the full signage process including design development, material selection, estimating, production coordination, permitting, and installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate signage solutions into construction and design projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all signage-related inquiries, client communications, sales, and project updates.
- Review and approve signage drawings, proofs, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with client standards and municipal requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, fabricators, installers, and permitting officials.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for all signage projects.
- Identify opportunities to enhance division workflow, production capabilities, and service offerings.
- Train and mentor team members to support their professional growth and overall division performance. Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the signage industry, with strong knowledge of graphic design, fabrication, materials, permitting, and installation processes.
- Prior leadership or management experience required .
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, architectural plans, and technical signage documents.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in signage-related design/estimating software is a plus (e.g., Illustrator, Flexi, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Familiarity with local and national sign codes and permitting processes. Why Join Us?
