- RSI is recruiting for aEnvironmental Project Managerwho will beresponsiblefor all site-related activities at their assigned

site, to directly support LM Site Managers. Work scope atCERCLA/RCRA
sites typically includes operations to support remediation, environmental monitoring, reporting, and inspection and maintenance of institutional controls. Several sites are open to the public, and stakeholder engagement is an essential component. Site Leads are responsible for ensuring safe execution of work conducted by the project team.Job Title:

Hiring Range:
$- 110,000
- $123,000.00 per year.(The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant's education, training, and experience.) This position is required to travel 25% of the time.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- + Plan, develop, review, and approve work products to meet Contract Deliverables that are identified in the SOW/PWS. This typically includes quarterly and annual reports, updates to Long-Term Stewardship Plans (LTSP), CERCLA/RCRA-related documentation, and environmental monitoring reports. + Manage scope schedule and budget via Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- develop Baseline and serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for monthly financial reporting.
- Weekly Site Operations and management update, Monthly TSR update, LM status requests, etc.
CERCLA/RCRA

- + Bachelor degree in science, business, engineering or related field. Experience in lieu of education will be considered. + 7 years ofrelevant/supervisory experience. 9 years of experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications
- + Valid Driver's License. + No professional certificationrequired; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Required Skills and Abilities
- + Proficient in administering project controls processes using EVMS system and procedures for controlling large-scale project scope, schedule and budget.
