Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies, including:- Sprint Backlog Refinement
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Retrospectives Support teams in maintaining sprint readiness and execution discipline
- Partner with product and technical teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Track sprint progress and identify risks, blockers, and opportunities for adjustment
- Own Jira hygiene, reporting, and workflow coordination across initiatives
- Create, organize, and track tickets to support delivery across multiple workstreams
- Maintain visibility into project progress through dashboards, reporting, and status summaries
- Coordinate dependency tracking across teams to ensure work is sequenced appropriately
- Support bug reporting coordination and follow-through with relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain project structures as needed, including sustainability and change/project tracking artifacts
- Manage complex work across multiple teams, ensuring accountability and alignment
- Build strong relationships with technical teams, product teams, and leadership stakeholders
- Coordinate weekly status updates and leadership-level status reporting
- Lead and organize project-related meetings, including:
- Leadership meetings
- Sprint ceremonies
- Ad hoc working sessions
- Coordinate quarterly planning activities across initiatives
- Prepare materials and track inputs for quarterly initiative planning
- Support leadership initiative reviews and approval processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in project management, program coordination, or Agile delivery roles
- Strong working knowledge of Jira for ticket creation, tracking, reporting, and workflow management
- Experience supporting technical projects, ideally in data science, platform development, or software/product environments
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex work across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting sprint-based execution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and pivot in a fast-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting data science, AI/ML, or internal platform teams
- Familiarity with QA testing coordination and bug triage processes
- Experience preparing leadership-ready project updates and executive summaries
- Strong understanding of dependency management and cross-functional delivery planning
- Strong technical project management capabilities
- Proficiency in Jira and reporting
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving work
- Strong relationship-building skills across technical and product organizations
- Ability to keep complex initiatives organized and moving forward
- Comfort with shifting priorities and changing business needs
