About the Role Steller Renovation Solutions (SRS) is a small, growing residential renovation company looking for a capable, dependable, and versatile Field Project Coordinator . This is a hands-on position with a clear opportunity to grow into Project Management . Initially, the role will be approximately 50% hands-on field work and 50% project coordination , working directly with our Senior Project Manager. As the right person develops, the goal is for the position to shift increasingly toward managing projects. SRS handles residential renovations, repairs, and improvements throughout the Denver metro area, including preparing homes for sale in partnership with The Steller Group. We're looking for someone who understands residential construction, isn't afraid to jump in and help on a job site, and also has the organization and communication skills to help keep projects moving. What You'll Do Assist with coordinating residential renovation projects from start to finish Work hands-on at project sites as needed, including repairs, installations, demolition, punch-list work, and general project support Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, deliveries, and schedules Visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, and outstanding work Assist with scopes of work, walkthroughs, punch lists, and project closeout Track project tasks, schedules, costs, and materials Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members Troubleshoot problems and help find practical solutions Take on increasing project management responsibility as experience and capabilities grow What We're Looking For Experience in residential construction, remodeling, renovation, maintenance, or a related field Solid hands-on construction and repair skills General understanding of residential construction practices Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Dependable self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Comfortable working independently and shifting priorities as project needs change Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable insured vehicle Ability to safely perform physical construction-related work, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders Personal tools and a broad range of construction skills are a plus, but we don't expect one person to know how to do everything. Opportunity to Grow Our goal is for this position to develop into a Project Manager role. The right person will work closely with our Senior Project Manager, learning how SRS scopes, schedules, coordinates, and completes residential renovation projects. As skills and experience grow, so will project responsibility. This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience who wants to take the next step in their career and grow with a small residential renovation company.
