The Water/Wastewater Project Manager engineer is an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful infrastructure projects that serve communities and support environmental sustainability. Our projects run the gamut from new Water Treatment Plants, Water Resource Recovery Facilities, Booster Stations, and Lift Station designs to technical upgrades and/or expansion of these facility types. We design multiple facilities in numerous locations and deliver technical solutions to public and private clientele. The Water/Wastewater Project Manager engineer will be responsible for the performance of project team members and will work closely with team members to provide high-quality deliverables on time and on budget to AE2S clients. Responsibilities Provide professional services for water/wastewater engineering projects to include planning, study, design, and construction administration Manage performance and provide mentorship of assigned project team members including Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Technicians Maintain existing client relationships and develop relationships with prospective/new clients Identify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunities Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work Maintain budgets and schedules of project assignments Coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings Why AE2S Build Your Future. Compensation and Total Rewards The anticipated salary range for this position is: $100,000 to $130,000+ This salary range represents AE2S's good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, licensure, certifications, education, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
