PROJECT COORDINATOR
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Longmont, CO . As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects, programs, or tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager. This role involves a range of tasks of varying complexity, and you will report directly to the Project Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Support the Project Manager with planning, organization, and processes to meet the Company's cost, schedule, quality control, equipment and material resource usage, and safety objectives including safety orientation(s) and training. Understanding of Project Controls, as it relates to contract requirements, planning, cost management, estimating takeoffs, progress tracking, reporting, scheduling, change and risk management, and project closeout. Set up new projects, coordinating locates, subcontractors, permit requirements, and scheduling with site contacts. Assist the project team in all aspects including execution, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost, and construction administrative functions as they relate to the project. Daily timesheet entry into HCSS. Take meeting minutes for all project meetings. Maintain regular customer contact to obtain project-specific information. Review, receive and assist in the approval of subcontractor and vendor payment applications and miscellaneous project invoices. Track and assist in preparing change orders (proposals) to owners, design team, subcontractors, and others. Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate revenue accounting. Manage, maintain, and generate weekly progress and cost reports for internal stakeholders, and support management team with monthly forecasts. Demonstrate a basic understanding of industry standards and practices. Perform all other duties as assigned.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred Understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts and applications Adaptability and multitasking capability in a dynamic work environment Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software, HCSS applications, Spectrum, P6 or Microsoft Projects. Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on related tasks Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred The physical activity for this role includes: Travel- expect to travel 3+ nights per week or as required while assigned to a project. Manual dexterity, typing, computer and small equipment use Standing, walking, and sitting for long periods Site visits in a range of weather conditions, including hot and cold weather Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check This role is accepting applications until May 4, 2026 This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
