Job Description Manage MEP components of construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor budgets and timelines, making adjustments to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes. Review and approve MEP designs, plans, and specifications. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any challenges. Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues effectively. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful MEP Project Manager should have: Experience managing MEP systems in construction projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with safety protocols and building codes.
