Job Overview ServiceMaster Restoration Services is a leading restoration company seeking an experienced Restoration & Mitigation Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial property damage projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with restoration industry or construction experience who enjoys managing projects, leading teams, building customer relationships, and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate has experience managing water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects, is comfortable working with insurance claims, and can effectively coordinate crews, subcontractors, and customers from emergency response through project completion. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restoration crews engaged in projects across multiple sites. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient completion of restoration projects. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Enforce safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Oversee team supervision, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching on cleaning & sanitation management practices. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety protocols. Facilitate communication between staff members, clients, and upper management to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly. Experience Proven service industry supervisory experience Strong background in team management with demonstrated leadership Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology Prior experience overseeing large-scale restoration efforts is highly desirable.
Required:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred:
Experience with Xactimate IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) Knowledge of insurance claims and restoration industry standards Join us as a Restoration & Mitigation Project Manager and lead impactful projects that restore spaces while fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients! Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
