Job Description

Job Description Overview This position is designed for an early-career professional (graduate level) with approximately 4+ years of experience and a background in Mechanical or STEM-related engineering . The role requires experience in project management , including schedule creation, budget oversight, and familiarity with Agile methodologies . Candidates should be comfortable working across cross-functional teams and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage engineering-related projects, including Agile-based initiatives Coordinate efforts between coatings teams and broader cross-functional groups Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, external vendors, and customers Develop and maintain Basis of Estimates (BOE) templates for accurate project planning Align project activities to ensure smooth execution and operational efficiency Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, challenges, or roadblocks #
ECH Pay:
$33.00 - $48.00 per hour
