• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee and run our mowing and lawn care crews .

This role involves supervising teams, managing contracts, and ensuring projects/ schedules are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with extensive management experience to lead diverse initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and supervise lawn care projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor project progress through quality control inspections and schedule updates; address any issues promptly. Supervise onsite teams; provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations to ensure productivity and safety standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping/ lawn care management with a strong background in managing large-scale projects. Driver's license needed. Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently. Strong management capabilities with a focus on leadership and team supervision.
