Job Description
SERVPRO of The Windsors is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager to join our team. The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for managing remediation projects by overseeing all aspects of the jobs. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Project Initiation and Initial Job Scoping a. Respond to calls for water, fire, and mold damage. b. Evaluate damages, create job scopes. c. Educate customers on how SERVPRO® can help them and educate customers on the job process. 2. Project Management a. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate. b. Create scope and prepare crew to do the job . c. Coordinate, manage, and monitor all job related tasks. d. Create and review estimates. e. Keep customers and adjusters informed about the job. f. Coordinate and monitor subcontract work. g. Inspect services and final walk-through on jobs. h. Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience. 3.
