full-time We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong CPQ implementation experience , preferably with Tacton CPQ and Salesforce . The Project Manager will lead end-to-end CPQ implementation, integration, enhancement, and transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) projects, strong knowledge of Tacton CPQ , and experience integrating CPQ solutions with Salesforce CRM . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end CPQ implementation and transformation projects from requirements through deployment and production support. Manage Tacton CPQ implementation, configuration, customization, and integration activities. Coordinate integration between Tacton CPQ and Salesforce CRM . Work with business stakeholders to understand product configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, and sales processes. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Salesforce, Tacton, CPQ, integration, QA, business analysts, and developers . Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Operations teams. Manage requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support. Ensure CPQ business rules accurately support complex product configurations and pricing models. Oversee integration with Salesforce objects, workflows, APIs, and downstream systems. Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to leadership. Coordinate UAT and ensure business acceptance before production deployment. Manage release planning, cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare. Work with vendors and implementation partners to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Drive continuous improvement of CPQ processes and sales operations.
