Glastonbury, CT A nationally respected, 1,000‑person transportation engineering firm is growing its Connecticut team and seeking a Highway Project Manager to lead impactful roadway and infrastructure projects. About the Role This Highway Project Manager position is a strategic growth role within the CT Transportation Group. The PM will manage small to mid‑sized roadway projects and lead major components of larger initiatives. Responsibilities include client management, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects with real community and economic impact, such as roadway extensions, safety improvements, and corridor revitalization efforts.
