Minor & Co, an established Surveying, Engineering, Environmental, and Planning Firm based in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and help drive project execution across a variety of projects. This position has high growth potential for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a generalist - jumping in where needed, keeping projects organized, and helping different teams stay on track. You will work closely with our leadership team and project managers, gaining exposure to surveying, engineering, planning, and environmental projects. Full-time, Monday to Friday. Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility based on project demands. Why You'll Love It This position is designed for growth. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple departments Support day-to-day business operations including scheduling, internal reporting, and workflow coordination Help draft and prepare internal and external business documents Organize and maintain project documentation and filing systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs between departments (Survey, Engineering, Planning, Environmental) Follow up on action items from meetings and maintain task lists for key projects Assist with permitting applications, tracking municipal deadlines, and assembling submissions Communicate with clients, vendors, and municipal contacts professionally and promptly Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Comfort working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Professionalism when interacting with clients, agencies, and team members Proactive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and take initiative Preferred but not required: Prior experience in operations, HR, project coordination, or administrative support Familiarity with permitting processes or land development terminology Interest in surveying, engineering, environmental science, planning, or related fields Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and/or project tracking tools
