Middletown, Connecticut Job Description The construction project manager job is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction management professional who is looking to take ownership of diverse projects across New England, with a primary focus on Connecticut and Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Oversee bidding processes, contract administration, and project execution
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all job sites Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in both public and private sectors
Experience with bid-build projects required
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with Sage accounting software and Microsoft Project is preferred (training available)
Degree or continued education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
Pay Range:
