Job Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project flow. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports and schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Help resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively. Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience in construction project coordination within the property industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with project management software and tools (Procore). A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. Commutable throughout New Haven County.
