Job Description Assist Project Managers with the successful delivery of multifamily renovation projects ranging from $1M to $10M. Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and ownership teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and help ensure milestones are achieved on schedule. Participate in project meetings and contribute to resolving construction-related challenges. Assist in managing contract administration, change orders, and project reporting. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company standards across all phases of construction. Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain strong communication and project execution. The Successful Applicant 2-3 years of experience supporting construction projects within multifamily, hospitality, or renovation environments. Experience working on projects valued between $1M and $10M. Multifamily construction experience is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools.
