Job Description

As an ISC Project Management Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of integrated supply chain projects by managing planning, execution, and monitoring activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. You will report to our ISC Operations Leadership, and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Honeywell's supply chain operations by leading projects that optimize procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management processes. Your contributions will enhance operational excellence and support the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.
You Must Have:
6+ years of experience in supply chain project management. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data and metrics to drive decision-making and identify optimization opportunities. Experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets with strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies applicable to integrated supply chain projects.
We Value:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects. Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. PMP Certification preferred. The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $85,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
