Job Description:
Supply Chain Project Manager We're looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to embed within our Development & Engineering (D&E) teams. You'll be the bridge between engineering and sourcing - making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time so complex engineering projects stay on track. What you'll do Plan and secure material availability for Design and Engineering projects, flagging risks early Drive supply chain execution against project milestones and escalate when needed Manage engineering changes through the supply chain, clustering them where possible to minimize disruption Run impact analyses on cost, timing, and supply when plans shift Advise senior stakeholders (project managers, supplier account teams, sourcing leads) on tradeoffs and solutions Report regularly on material status, critical path, and cost impact Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvements Mentor and onboard junior coordinators Support Configuration changes while safeguarding PLM requirements Identify opportunities to cluster changes to reduce supply chain disruption. Act as a skill development mentor and or contribute to instructional sessions and training. Inolved in continuous improvement process to implement process changes Own work instructions and or PLM processes. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field Significant experience in supply chain or materials planning within complex, project-driven manufacturing Working knowledge of PLM processes and engineering change management Comfort operating in matrixed environments with senior stakeholders Experience with risk assessment, impact analysis and escalation management A continuous improvement mindset
