Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Transformation Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Stamford, Connecticut. This role requires an experienced leader with strong expertise in guiding financial teams and creating impactful dashboards and presentations. The ideal candidate will excel in both managing people and translating complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts and managers, ensuring effective collaboration and guidance on quantitative analysis.
  • Facilitate clear communication and task prioritization across teams, ensuring all deliverables are tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Review and synthesize data analyses, identifying potential discrepancies and providing actionable feedback to enhance accuracy.
  • Develop and present financial narratives and dashboards tailored for executive audiences, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor team capacity, addressing workload imbalances and escalating risks as necessary.
  • Implement project management strategies to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Translate financial and pricing data into clear, strategic plans to support organizational goals.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on tasks and responsibilities to ensure accountability and results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives, resolve challenges, and drive decision-making processes.
