This is a boots-on-the-ground, high-responsibility role supporting a Senior Project Manager on large-scale (40+ unit) residential and mixed-use commercial developments. You will be expected to handle the day-to-day operational workload that keeps projects moving. If you are not organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts, this role will not be a fit. The Role You are the right hand to the Senior Project Manager. Your job is to take ownership of the details, documentation, and field coordination so the Senior PM can focus on high-level execution. You will be in the field daily, moving between job sites, making sure everything is tracked, verified, and running correctly. Core Responsibilities Maintain daily logs, reports, and full project documentation (non-negotiable) Perform and document daily job site safety inspections Track progress and keep real-time updates flowing to the Senior PM Travel between multiple active job sites Verify material orders, deliveries, and quantities on site Coordinate subcontractors and confirm work completion Handle all administrative and field-level follow-up tasks Identify problems early and escalate immediately Help enforce quality control, organization, and job site standards What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of construction experience (APM or field coordination preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Willingness to be in the field daily (not remote) Strong communication and follow-through Basic understanding of construction sequencing and site operations Experience with project tracking, logs, and reporting tools, Experience with ProCore is a big plus.
