About Our Client Michael Page is hiring for a role within the construction industry, based in Boston. Job Description Lead and manage luxury multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules. Oversee budgeting and cost management to maintain financial goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively. Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects, especially in the luxury multifamily sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
